Or do they need to be done IN MO somehow for them to be cleaned in the game? Will MO register that those particular ones (Dawnguard, Hearthfires, and Dragonborn, I believe they are) have been cleaned (from the video)? If I run Tes5 outside of MO (like in Gopher's video, JUST cleaning the files that he does in his video). (After I fix this again by following llja's tutorial) Can I just run Tes5Edit outside of MO (following Gopher's video tutorial) ? And will that work? Will they still be cleaned as if I had done it with MO? Or will MO not recognize the clean files? If you look at his video at 6:23 however, there is not supposed to be an "Update.esm" file above the Tes5Edit Backups folder.

So then I pulled up Gamepoets video on how to run Tes5Edit with MO. And I went into MO then the overwrite folder and deleted the stuff in there.
